About Brenda Casey
Casey's Plumbing began in 1984. Being surrounded by friends in the plumbing and
electrical fields, Brenda decided to tap into some of this talent and thus was the birth
of Casey's Plumbing. Growing under the leadership of Brenda Casey since 2001 and
expanding to include electrical work.
Many who don't know Brenda personally, have wondered how a female could manage
to do so well in such a male dominated field like plumbing. However, those who know
her aren't surprised at all.
Indeed, right after leaving college in 1982, the economy in Portland had turned to shambles and there was no work to be found anywhere. So being the resourceful person that she is, Brenda found a job in Houston, Texas working as a clerk in a Hallmark gift and card shop.
In just over a year she had advanced to manager of all five of their locations. This was a feat that gained her much respect and certainly the skills needed to manage a plumbing business.
By 1983, Portland was picking up some steam and Brenda was missing the area
terribly. So back home to Portland she came and the rest is history - Casey's Plumbing
history.
